Returns & Exchanges

 

• Eligibility: We accept returns or exchanges for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or for items that have been used or damaged after delivery.

• Time Frame: You have 14 days from the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange. Please contact us within this time frame with your order number and photos of the item’s condition.

• Non-Returnable Items: Custom or personalized items, stickers, sale items, and digital downloads are non-refundable.

• Process: Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions for shipping the item back to us. The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

• Refunds: After we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 business days.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

 

• If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

• Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Custom orders may take longer, but we will keep you informed of any delays.

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on your location and order size.

• Domestic orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days after processing.

• International shipping times vary, and we are not responsible for any customs or duty fees.

 

Tracking Your Order

 

• You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

 

• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with your local post office or neighbors before contacting us.

 

International Shipping

 

• International orders may be subject to additional customs fees or import taxes. These are the responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
